Q: What is the warranty on your brick paver products?

A: Suncoast Brick Pavers, LLC provides a two year installation warranty and, depending on the manufacturer, offers a ten to twenty year warranty against structural defect. This warranty does have certain restrictions. Suncoast Brick Paver's obligation is limited to supplying new material to replace the defective material at no charge. Installation costs remain the responsibility of the buyer. Efflorescence is also not covered by this warranty. Excessive pressure washing will damage brick pavers and is not covered by this warranty. Suncoast Brick Pavers, LLC reserves the right to determine if excessive pressure washing has occurred. Warranty is not transferable.

Q: How do color samples on my monitor compare to actual brick paver products?

A: Due to the large variety and variances of computer monitors on the market today, we cannot guarantee that the color or range of colors displayed by your monitor will match exactly to the actual color of the product that’s being displayed. Electronically reproducing color on the Internet is an imprecise proposition. However, we don't expect you pick out a color based on digital pictures. We will bring you exact samples of every color combination so you can hold them in your hands and even place on your property for comparison.

Q: Do you charge a sales tax?

A: Yes, we are required to charge sales tax.

Q: Do you have job minimums?

A: 600 square foot minimums billed per sf depending on scope.

Under 600 square feet are estimated by the job.

Q: How do the quality of your brick pavers compare with other paver installers?

A: The quality of the brick pavers we install meets or exceeds that of other brick paver installers. We do not only offer one brand of brick paver. We offer Flagstone Pavers, Tremron Group, Belgard - Old Castle Coastal + Stonemart (Travertine), all of which are widely known to be of the highest quality.

Q: What Areas do you Serve?

A: We do installations over the entire greater West Coast of Florida including Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater, Springhill, Lutz, Odessa, New Port Richey and the surrounding counties of Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Manatee and Hernando.

Q: How much will it cost?

A: Depending on the scope of your job, your price per square foot could be as low as $4 or as high as $10. The location of your job, the size, unique attributes, and product selected affect this price range. You can get an exact quote by getting a free estimate.

Q: How do I price out a brick paver installation at my home?

A: The best way is to just let us do the work. We can come to your home and give you a free estimate very quickly. In addition, you will get to see some samples first hand.

Q: What are my payment options?

A: You may pay by PayPal, credit card, cash, check, or money order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

Q: When will I be charged for your services?

A: We have several payment options (50% down and 50% on completion) or (33% down, 33% paver delivery, and 33% on completion). Payment is required prior to order production commencement.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

A: All products are custom made to order. Production normally begins 1 week after an order is placed. We will be glad to change or cancel your order as long as we are contacted in time.

Q: How long will it take for my job to be installed?

A: Once your order is placed, the job, depending on the products you select, typically will be ready for installation within 1 to 2 weeks.

Q: How do I properly measure my driveway, pool deck, sidewalk, or patio?

A: It is best to have one of our Sales Associates measure the space you are thinking about having pavers installed. Measuring is especially difficult on the more complex surfaces. A minor error in measurement can cause huge headaches later.

Q: Where can I look at samples or who should I contact for a free estimate?

Additionally, the manufacturers who we purchase material from have various product showrooms throughout Florida that are at our disposal for product display and sample selection.

Q: How do I clean the brick pavers if they get dirty?

A: We recommend using a 4:1 mixture of water and bleach. Simply scrub the brick pavers with this mixture and a brush/broom, then hose it off. You can pressure wash these brick pavers as well, but please read the restrictions outlined in the warranty information.

Q: Why should I use a sealer on my brick pavers?

A: There are several reasons you should seal your brick pavers, the least of these are the aesthetic results of the product. Acrylic sealers intensify the subtle colors and provide a glossy sheen to even the most haggard of paved surfaces.

Q: Can we put these on our driveway, will they hold up when we drive on them?

A: YES! One of the great aspects of brick pavers is that when they are installed, there isn’t a grout involved. They are completely separated from one another, thus they don’t crack like a normal concrete driveway will.

Q: How are they installed?

A: We will level/smooth any cracks or depressed areas on your project area. Then we will “thin set” a border, meaning we'll will affix the border brick pavers to your existing surface with mortar. Next we will spread about a quarter of inch of sand across the interior surface. Finally the infield pavers will be laid in the pattern of your choice.
